How to choose planetary reducer

Planetary reducer is a new type of reducer with wide versatility. The internal gears are carburized, Quenched and grinded by 20cvmnt. In the reducer family, planetary reducer is widely used in servo, step, DC and other transmission systems because of its small size, high transmission efficiency, wide deceleration range and high accuracy. Under the premise of ensuring precision transmission, it is mainly used to reduce speed, increase torque and reduce load / motor moment of inertia ratio.
1. When selecting the planetary reducer, please multiply the rated torque of the servo motor you selected by the reduction ratio. In principle, the value obtained shall be smaller than the rated output torque of the similar reducer provided by the product sample. At the same time, the overload capacity of the driving motor and the maximum working torque required in practice shall be considered. The required maximum working torque shall be less than 2 times of the rated output torque. Please select the reducer with the smallest volume after meeting the above conditions. The cost of the reducer with small volume is relatively low. If you don't have enough space for the straight-line connection of the motor reducer, you can also choose the corner reducer, which can turn the torque 90 degrees.
2. Consider the return clearance of planetary reducer. The smaller the return clearance, the higher the precision and the higher the cost. The user should choose the reducer that can meet the precision requirements. Also consider lateral / radial forces and average life. The reducer with large lateral / radial force has high reliability in installation and use and is not easy to cause problems. Generally, the average life of the servo motor is much longer than that of the servo motor. After the above indexes are met, you can select the reducer with the installation size, shaft diameter and input flange matching your motor according to the product catalog provided by our company.
Finally, you have to consider the weight of the motor. A reducer can only be matched with a motor less than a certain weight. If the motor is too heavy, the input flange of the reducer will be damaged if it is operated for a long time.
