Assembly points and lubrication operation requirements of reducer
1、 Assembly technical requirements of reducer
1. The backlash and contact spot of gear teeth shall meet the design requirements;
2. The inner ring of the bearing must be close to the shoulder or spacer ring; it cannot pass the inspection with a 0.05mm feeler gauge;
3. The allowable axial clearance of tapered roller bearing shall meet the requirements;
4. Primer and red resistant paint shall be applied to the unprocessed inner surface of the base, case cover and other parts and the unprocessed surface of the gear, and the outer surface of the base, case cover and other parts shall be coated with primer and light gray paint.
2、 Technical requirements for cabinet
1. The casting box must be aged;
2. After the base and the box cover are closed, the edges shall be flush. When the total length is more than 1200mm, the mutual dislocation shall not be greater than 2mm, and when the total length is greater than 1200mm, the mutual dislocation on each side shall not be greater than 3mm
3. After the base and the box cover are closed, when the bolts are not tightened, the 0.05mm feeler gauge shall be used to check the contact tightness of the dividing surface, and the inserting depth of the feeler gauge shall not be greater than 1 / 3 of the width of the dividing surface;
4. The misalignment between the axis of bearing hole and the split surface is not more than 0.2 ~ 0.3mm;
5. The ellipticity and out of straightness of bearing hole shall be in accordance with grade 7 accuracy (gb1184-1996);
6. The non perpendicularity of bearing hole end face and its axis shall be in accordance with grade 7 accuracy (gb1184-1996);
7. The tolerance of bearing hole center line non parallelism, center line skewness, bearing hole center distance limit deviation, bearing hole center line disjoint tolerance, center line included angle limit deviation, bearing hole center line skew tolerance, bearing hole center distance limit deviation should meet the design requirements;
3、 Lubrication technical requirements
1. Indicate the viscosity or brand of lubricating oil;
2. The lubricating oil should be changed regularly. Generally, when the new reducer is used for the first time, it should be replaced after 7 ~ 14 days of operation, and then it can be changed once every 3 ~ 6 months according to the situation;
4、 Technical requirements for commissioning
1. No load test run: under the rated speed, the forward and reverse running time shall not be less than 2 hours;
2. Load test run: it shall be conducted at rated speed and rated load, and single or two-way operation shall be conducted according to requirements, and the time shall not be less than 2 hours;
3. In the whole operation process, the operation should be stable, without impact, abnormal vibration and noise, and there should be no leakage and oil leakage at the sealing parts and joints;
4. During load operation, the oil pool temperature rise of gear reducer shall not exceed 35% of the ambient temperature, the bearing temperature rise shall not exceed 45% of the ambient temperature, and the worm gear reducer shall not exceed 60 ℃ of the ambient temperature.
